While recent polling has put the Democratic candidate ahead of the Republican candidate in the Texas U.S. Senate race to replace U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, a different storyline is emerging in the statewide races.
A new poll from Texas Southern University’s (TSU) Barbara Jordan Public Policy Research and Survey Center, released on Aug. 4, shows that all Republican candidates are leading their statewide races by margins outside the margin of error.
