On April 8, Dallas College Foundation, the 501(c)3 that supports Dallas College, commemorated its 50th anniversary at Texas Discovery Gardens with a celebratory viewing of the solar eclipse. Attendees included longtime supporters, civic leaders, staff, and friends of the Foundation. Along with the eclipse, the highlight of the event was hearing from students whose lives have been transformed by support from Dallas College Foundation. Over five decades, the Foundation has raised $103 million to support Dallas College students and programs.
