With two months left in the 89th Legislative Session, things are picking up as we head into the final stretch, Nathan.

Senator Johnson has been putting in long hours at the Capitol, and we’re encouraged by the steady support growing across the state. The response we’re seeing from folks in communities big and small shows that Texans are ready for practical solutions and want their leaders focused on the everyday issues that matter.

In his last email, Senator Johnson had this to say:

From my viewpoint it’s been a rough session so far. Lots of invasive government action and not enough work on building for the future. But there have been moments of progress, and I see reasons to expect more.
